Black Viper hatches a second generation

Tostedt. Black Viper rods are the most successful line of feeder rods in the Browning range in the history of the company. When they were originally introduced, they displaced the prevailing mostly stiffer rod series and offered unprecedented performance for the angler. Even with less power, long casting distances became almost child's play. No wonder these "venomous snakes" have been essential equipment for countless serious feeder anglers ever since. Now, a new generation has arrived. Browning is introducing the Black Viper 2 rod series in the spring, with even slimmer and faster...

New Browning Xitan Z14 "Commercial Special" announced

Responding to customer requests, Browning has introduced a new 16 m package of its top-of-the-range Xitan Z14-1 pole specifically for the "dedicated" commercial fishery angler. The new package includes all 1 piece top kits, recognizing the growing trend of using short kits to both stiffen the pole and give more control over fish when using the latest soft hollow elastics.  A major drawback with using short kits is loss of pole length - with some “16 m” poles barely reaching 15 m with a 1 piece topkit, even with a mini-extension added. Join the pillow fight!

Tostedt. When the round baits fail, the time has come for Radical Pillow Boilies! The new boilie shape will be available from specialist retailers in seven popular Radical boilie flavours from March. Now even the most cautious carp can be outfoxed. In heavily fished waters, wily old carp often associate the round boilie shape with danger. The pillow-shaped boilie remains a temptation, however, because the target fish have never seen them before. Another advantage is that pillow-shaped boilies hold the bottom better in flowing water, which river carp anglers will really...

Since the wind was blowing unexpectedly strongly, the seasoned predator angler spontaneously decided to switch his belly boat for a secure boat. When he returned to the water a few hours later, he realized that the additional effort to change vessels was worthwhile. A vicious bite vibrated through...

When he set out on a tour to Holland (near Rotterdam) along with Steffen Schulz, his Quantum team colleague Fredrik Harbort and Zebco Europe Product Manager Adrian Prus, the objective was clearly defined. The four anglers wanted to test themselves at specimen perch fishing and the conditions played into their hands. Dirk hooked a fish on his first cast from his first peg early in the morning.
