20th wels over 100 kg
Tostedt. Stefan Seuß and Benjamin Gründer celebrated a special milestone on one of their latest Black Cat Guiding Tours. On 4 November, the 20th catfish of over 100 kg (220 lb) to be landed during their guided angling tours hit the net. However, anybody who thinks that, after so many giant specimens, the catches are a matter of routine would be vastly mistaken. Radical test angler catches new American carp record at 54lb 8oz!
Our Quantum Radical test fisherman Raphaël Biagini submitted us his latest report: "I am very happy to announce that I had the incredible opportunity to catch the biggest carp ever caught by a carp angler with modern fishing techniques (Catch and Release) in the U.S.A.! This historic catch happened in New Jersey State on Sunday, in the morning of November 11th, on the bank of a “small” river. 115-pound carp brace
Tostedt. Radical-Carp newcomer Tobias Krämer embarked on a night session on a large German gravel pit in the Ruhr area to test some new boilies for the 2014 season - and bagged a brace of giant carp. Krämer landed the first, a huge common carp of 25.1 kg (55 lb 6'), in the late afternoon using a Radical-Honey tiger nut topped with an artificial tiger nut over the area which he baited up before.
