Finnische Anglerin fängt mit Yellow Zombie

Wir lassen Maarit Pilvilinna von Carp Fishing Finland zu Wort kommen: "Once again we had booked one week fishing holiday to the Abbeylakes Heron lake in France. Previous anglers at the lake were just finishing their session and gave us good tips, where the fish were located. We had really high expectations and maybe even waiting for old records to be broken. After first night at 7.00 am my husband caught a nice 9 kg carp. After that he went to the clubhouse to take care of our baitboats and I stayed to watch our rods. There I was sitting and enjoying the view when I realized that nearby weeds were moving. I checked our rods and saw that line was running out really fast. We had forgot the alarms in the off-mode. I took the rod and started to fight the fish. Immediately it was clear that this one wasn't a small one. I was worried about if our gear were up to fight with this kind of monster. I really didn't want to lose this one and slowly I managed to reel it closer. Luckily my husband came back and took the landing net and helped me out with landing. I can't describe the amazing feeling when the carp was safely in the sack and scale showing up 26,1 kg. My old record of 21 kg was easily broken! The bait which we used was a Quantum Yellow Zombie boilie.
