Zebco Europe with new Management Structure

Tostedt. Zebco Europe’s managing director Peter Delwes (70) will take retirement before the end of the year. The question of who would succeed him was answered for Zebco Europe as well as for Preston with the appointment of Ricky Teale (50). As of April 1, Teale will assume responsibility as Commercial Director Europe also for the Tostedt-based company.
 
The day-to-day operational business on site will be managed by two executives: firstly, Frerk Petersen (51), who has been with the company for over 16 years and who has made significant contributions to its growth in the recent years. And, secondly, Dietmar Isaiasch (49), who came to strengthen the management team at the beginning of this year, having worked with utmost success for renowned competitors.
 
As Director Europe Marketing & Product Development, Petersen will also assume the role of authorized signatory and will remain in charge of product development and much of the company’s marketing. He will also assume responsibility for all of the company’s internal departments, including Warehousing, Import, After Sales and Customer Service.
 
Dietmar Isaiasch will take on the position of Sales Director Europe and will manage the sales teams in Germany, The Netherlands and France directly. The Sales Managers in England and Poland as well as Export Sales Manager will also report to him. Isaiasch will also bring his experience to the field of product development and will develop attractive trade concepts, especially for the Quantum brand and the predator sector, whilst strengthening the company’s nine brands in general.
 
Frerk Petersen and Dietmar Isaiasch, who have known and valued each other for more than 25 years, will also receive support from a Finance Director, who is to be appointed in the course of the year, and will report directly to Ricky Teale. Peter Delwes is optimistic: “The new structure reassures me that the company for which I worked for more than 20 years will be in good hands in the future. Frerk Petersen knows the company’s processes like the back of his hand, and Dietmar Isaiasch brings important momentum from outside. To me that is an ideal constellation. And together with Ricky Teale these two will ensure that our brands will become even more indispensable.”
