Sam wins major national title

Local lad, Sam Hughes has stormed to victory in the most prestigious individual junior angling championship, the Browning Youth Masters fished at Moorlands Farm fishery, near Kidderminster in the West Midlands The competition started months ago with over 1,000 fishing the qualifying rounds. Sam, from Berry Hill, won his way through to the final this weekend where he beat over 50 of the best young anglers in the country taking over 93lbs of carp.
